How to cut your operating expenses
Cutting your software costs
I want to help you save money and I am never going to ask you for anything in return.
Every year I save thousands of pounds by not spending any money on software. I discovered there was a better way as a result of being frustrated by NetSuite pricing being out of my range. Amazing – I am easily doing most of my work using software tools that cost nothing. Only the Lord knows why this stuff isn’t evryday knowledge for most business folks. The facts I share with you here are not things that most business owners would know about.
Perform these three simple tasks to start saving money.
- 10 minutes/day search on one term ie free wordprocessor.
- Go get yourself a free copy of Evernote (it’s free, just serach Google).
- Put aside roughly ten minutes each day to give what you find a test drive.
You should expect it to take about a month to get a list that will give you everything you need for today and the future. To help you get a head start here are some of the tools I have found and use on a regular basis.
To make this simple to understand I have listed the zero cost software on the left and the software you will have to pay for on the right, the chances are you have heard of the software on the right because they spend a large proportion of the money they take from you on marketing.
