Beautiful Me, Liar No Not Me

I was called as a piggy bank before. So many bunches of fats that I could eat up almost everything in the fridge. What do you expect from me for three years of being such? Of course, I got as fat as what would you expect. My nutritionist advised me to have a proper diet. I did it but then after two weeks, I was rushed to the hospital. Are you looking for some reasons? That is the fact that I was low blood then. The doctor told me to take medicines which they prescribed.

I am not used at relaxing alone so I asked the doctor about it. The doctor told me to do some light exercises on the ab fitness equipment that I have at the house. My small exercise ball also helped me to lose some weight because it became a nice additional workout tool for burning the fat around my belly. It eliminated some inches in my waist, and as a matter of fact, I am now working with some weight lifting already because the doctor told me that I am already fit to undergo some heavy exercises. Now, I can simultaneously work on my oblique exercise machine while lifting some heavy weights.

From light exercises, the same was then elevated to heavy exercises already. Without the aforementioned equipments, I can no longer be able to reach this. I am happier now because I am both a combination of beauty and health.

I promise to myself, I will never consider those anymore as sort of problems. Yes, being fat is not a problem, it is rather a sort of challenges that we must all take into consideration and to be given an action upon.

So how did I manage to gain this new found sense of positivity? Well alcohol of all things is the answer to this question. Since the age of seventeen, or possibly even sixteen, I had been consuming vasts amounts of alcoholic drink. When intoxicated I could speak as fluently as the next man, I was happy, I was fearless, I was confident and I was care-free. Now do not worry the solution to your confidence and self-esteem issues is not to become drunk every night but what had this experience with alcohol taught me? Well quite simply it showed me that I was able to speak fluently and that I could be happy.

I just had to live life when sober as I did when I was drink. For example I had to learn to be far more positive, far more care-free and far more stress-free. I am a decent human being, I am kind and I am honest.

I have also now realised that I have actually been dealt a very good hand of cards, I am one of life’s lucky ones. I have a new found belief that the future should be an exciting and successful one!

I hope that my new found confidence will enable me to be able to help more people to learn how to play the guitar, this is something that is very important to me as it is a great instrument to play. I have now even started to offer training for foster carers.

 

Key to Self Beauty is Positivity

Drinking carbonated drinks according to my friend will make me fat. I said to her before that it is alright, but as time passed by, I thought it was no longer right. That is the reason why I opt to look for some exercising equipments, and that destiny led me to a particular shop where lots of equipment were being displayed. But one thing captivated my senses, and that is this chair-like exercising equipment which I found out to be so cute. Then I asked the assigned employee there as to the procedure of using it.

It is just so easy to use, right? You can very well use it. And since I got all of those already, I then bought one for me. Would you like to know how did it help me? Nothing else but the ab rocket. Now, I can say that my life now is a mixture of love, happiness, enjoy and living my life to the fullest. When I got home, I somehow told myself that I will share it to someone else for me to be of good example to my fellow friends. And it started at home, when my mom really got so fat because of her office work, which calls her to sit down always. After some weeks of using it, her body now becomes as beautiful as before. I am happy that I helped my mom, we are mom and daughter alike already. LOL!
