Ways To Lose Waist Fat and Hip Fat in a Couple of Months
If you want to lose waist fat and remove that hip fat that you have been carrying around, then using the right methods will get you there in the quickest time possible.
If you decide to go with this plan, then you will lose fat from every part of your body, along with waist fat and hip fat. This is because you cannot lose fat from just a certain part of your body. Simply because your body is one complete organism and works as one.
Reducing fat from your waist and hips will mean a cut back in calories. I can see you at this very moment giving out a big sigh, as this just sounds like a diet. To get the body you want, this is something that will be necessary. If you don't fell like adding this, then its up to you. The results will be far slower.
You will then need to remove around 500 calories a day. You cannot do this by missing meals. You have to do this by cutting back on the size of the portions that you are eating.Just this small change will result in you losing waist fat and hip fat. What you then need to do is to add some exercise, as this will really speed things up (is that another sigh? ). Exercising will greatly shorten the time to get the results that you want.
Normally to lose fat you would embark on a program of cardio work. Doing cardio for hours on end is not the most productive method to reduce fat. Using interval training in your workouts will enable you to lose waist fat and hip fat far more quickly than you ever thought possible.
Interval training is means that you do cardio at a normal pace for a few minutes and then speed up the pace, so you are going fast as you can for about 60-120 seconds. You then go back to the normal pace for a few minutes. This allows faster fat loss and provides an increased effectiveness in your metabolism. This results in your metabolism burning more calories.
Continue doing this for 2 weeks and then make a further reduction of calories by around 200. Make the time that you speed up in your training even longer. Step it up again after two weeks. However be careful not to go under fifteen hundred calories. Also add some abs routines into your training. Simply because when you have lost your waist fat, and hip fat, you will be able to see some good definition of the stomach area.
What particular cardio training you opt for, will be down to you. Pick one that you are going to be comfortable with and are going to stick with. The secret is to stick with this for just a couple of months. Do this and it will only be a matter of time when you can say “I used to have waist fat and hip fat, but I lost it”.
