- Taking a walk to our favorite dining spot. We burn calories on our way there and get our heart rate up even before we eat.After dinner we walk home and burn even more calories. I love this one
- Standing at the doctor’s office I have knee problems so I am always at the doctor’s office but I burn an extra 30 calories just by standing.
- Never go to the store hungry.Being hungry I usually buy more junk food.
